Ards FC - AGM information

The Annual General Meeting of Ards Football Club Limited will be held on Tuesday 30th September 2008.

The meeting will take place in the Ards FC Sports Club at 8pm and all shareholders should by now have been notified of the meeting.

Entry to the meeting is by way of the invitation letter or by producing the Share Certificate.

The AGM will update shareholders on our finance and hold an election for directorship.

The present directors are B Adams, J Bailie, R Bailie, T Beggs, T Graham plus co-opted on T Clarke and I Edgar.
