Player of the Year Awards
Raymond Campbell
ended the season as a double award winner on Saturday night as
he picked up two player of the year trophies at the players'
gathering in the Sports Club.

In the absence
of an official award, veteran midfielder Campbell was the
choice in a poll of Ards fans over the weekend and he received
a trophy on behalf of the Sports Club from Maureen Black, wife
of former Ards chairman Harold.
Raymond then
went on to win the Player's Player of the Year award and he
received that prize from manager Shane Reddish. Campbell paid
tribute to his teammates, calling them the most talented squad
he had ever played with.
Earlier defender
Sean Cleary had picked up Allan McLachlan's Young Player of
the Year trophy in light of the progress he has made at Ards
over the last two seasons.
