Tommy Kincaid
appointed November 2006

Tommy Kincaid became Ards' fifth manager in six seasons when he accepted an appointment eighteen games into the 2005/06 season. He left a position at intermediate side East Belfast to return to the club that enjoyed his immense talent as a player some 13 years earlier. Tommy had six years at Castlereagh Park in the late 80s and early 90s, winning the Players' Player of the Year award in 1989 and finishing top goal-scorer two years previous. A testimonial game against Glentoran was granted in 1992.

Following retirement he moved into coaching and was number two to Paul Kirk at Distillery before moving on to help both Glenavon and Larne get promoted to the Premier League. He can also boast of a very brief spell in charge at Glentoran and was without doubt the fans' choice to take over from Gary Hillis and Ray Morrison in November 2006. He begins 2009/10 in year one of a new four-year contract.

Justin McBride
appointed June 2007

2007 began a new chapter in the career of the enduring Justin McBride when he accepted the Ards assistant manager's role. No more experienced a player might you find in Irish League football - a former player with both Linfield and Glentoran; league and cup winner and still scoring goals at 35 years of age. Well known for his punishing schedule at the training ground, the jury's still out on whether he's finally ended his playing days.

Andy Harwood
appointed November 2006

Andy has worked alongside Tommy Kincaid at his former clubs Glenavon and East Belfast and is charged with getting the Ards squad to their peak fitness level. He was a former Ards youth team player back in the day and also had Irish League spells with Bangor and Distillery, while he enjoyed cross-channel football with Hearts.
