Ards notched up the biggest score of the Youth League season to date on Saturday, inflicting yet another heavy defeat on Larne.

Oddly, the game sat perched at one-all as late as the 25th minute, though from there on it was Ards' day. Top marksmen were Thomas 'Tucker' Gorman and Gary Sharratt, who bagged four apiece.

Matt McFall and Mark Drysdale added goals too, as Larne struggled to cope with the pace of the Ards attack, employing an unsuccessful offside trap. Top scorer prior to this game was Tony Tumelty and he added to his tally also.

Ards are at home again next Saturday against Limavady United III at 2pm.
