Loughgall - Lakeview Park, Loughgall

Take the M1 to junction 13 and follow the signs for Loughgall. Drive straight through the village and the ground is on the left hand side, opposite the police station. Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 25 mins

Warrenpoint Town - Milltown Playing Fields, Warrenpoint

Take the M1 to junction 8 and exit for the A1 heading south. Follow this road until the Sheepbridge junction, where you exit for Newry. Continue into Newry city centre and go past the first roundabout encountered, before picking up signs for Warrenpoint. Pass two more roundabouts and keep to the left lane before following the road for Warrenpoint at the next traffic lights. Head south on the dual carriageway right into Warrenpoint and follow the road into the town centre. The road will take a left turn and then a right before you turn immediately at a mini-roundabout onto Upper Dromore Road. Continue out this road for over a mile and the ground is on the right hand side. Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 35 mins

Institute - The Riverside Stadium, Drumahoe

Take the M2, M22, A6 over Glenshane, through Dungiven, past Foreglen and straight into Drumahoe. Pass almost through the village, looking out for 'Institute FC (YMCA Grounds)' signposted on the left. Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 55 mins

Larne - Inver Park, Larne

Leave the M2 at junction 4 (Sandyknowes) and follow the A8(M), A8, through Ballynure and into Larne. Pass the two new roundabouts then turn left into the town centre and take the next right. Pass under the bridge and immediately turn right onto Inver Road and the main entrance to the ground is right ahead. Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 5 mins

Limavady United - The Showgrounds, Limavady

Take the M2, M22, A6 over Glenshane and into Dungiven and turn right at the far side of the village for Limavady (B68). On entering Limavady turn right onto Scroggy Road, go right at the roundabout onto Greysteel Road and straight ahead at the next roundabout. Take a left at the T-junction for Londonderry then turn left back into Limavady onto Rathmore Road and the ground is on the left. Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 45 mins

Ballinamallard United - Ferney Park, Ballinamallard

Follow the M1 to its end and head on to Ballygawley roundabout before turning north on the A5 towards Omagh. Around five miles from Omagh turn off left on the B46 for Fintona and carry on through Fintona and Dromore. Stay on the B46, passing through Trillick and when in Ballinamallard pass through to the far side of the village, where the ground is found on the left on the Enniskillen Road. Journey time: approx. 2 hours, 30 mins

Glebe Rangers - Riada Stadium, Ballymoney

Follow the M2 north onto the A26, passing Ballymena and heading for Coleraine. From the main A26 take the first entrance into Ballymoney and then turn left at the next roundabout onto Garryduff Road, following signs for the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre. The stadium is at the back of the leisure centre car park. Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 30 mins

Ards - Dixon Park, Ballyclare

Take the M2 to junction 4 (Sandyknowes) and turn onto the A8 for Larne. Pass through two roundabouts and then turn left at Coleman's Corner roundabout onto the B94 for Ballyclare. Follow this road into the town centre, turning right then left at two mini-roundabouts onto Main Street. Then take a left onto Avondale Drive, before turning right into the car park that adjoins the ground. Journey time: approx. 45 mins

Banbridge - Crystal Park, Banbridge

Take the M1 to junction 8 and exit for The South (A1), passing Hillsborough roundabout and following the A1 until the first exit for Banbridge (A26). Take this road into the town centre, through the first traffic light controlled junction and turn onto the next road on the left (for Castlewellan). Pass the police station then take a left down Law's Lane.  Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 10 mins

Dergview - Darragh Park, Castlederg

Follow the M1 to its end and carry along the A4 to Ballygawley roundabout. Head north on the A5 towards Omagh and pass right through Omagh heading in the direction of Strabane. At the far side of Omagh take a left at a roundabout for Drumquin/Castlederg (B50) and pass right through Drumquin. When you reach Castlederg take a left at the mini-roundabout, where the ground should be already visible and carry on another 500 yards. Journey time: approx 2 hours, 20 mins

Newry City - The Showgrounds, Newry

Take the M1 to junction 8 and exit for the A1 heading south. Follow this road right to Newry and go past the first roundabout encountered. Still heading for the city centre pass two more roundabouts, keeping to the left lane, and then follow the road for Dublin/Warrenpoint at the next traffic lights. Keep heading for Warrenpoint and then exit right off the roundabout beside a graveyard for Greenbank Industrial Estate. The Showgrounds is just past the GAA ground on the right. Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 35 mins

Bangor - Clandeboye Park, Bangor

Follow the A21 Bangor Road past the first roundabout and turn left at the next onto the ring road. Then go right at the traffic lights onto Clandeboye Road. The ground is situated half a mile down on the left. Journey time: approx. 15 mins

Tobermore United - Fortwilliam Park, Tobermore

Follow the M2, M22 and A6 past Toome and Castledawson, following signs for Londonderry. At the junction of the A29 near Maghera turn left off the main road and follow this road right into Tobermore, where the ground will be situated on the right. Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 25 mins

HW Welders - Tillysburn Park, Belfast

Take the A20 through Dundonald to the Knock lights and turn right onto the A55 Outer Ring. Go straight ahead at the roundabout onto Parkway and at the next junction keep to the left lane as though to turn right, but instead peel off into the ground straight ahead. Journey time: approx. 25 mins
