Pre-season Travel Guide

Donaghadee - Crommelin Park, Donaghadee

Take the A48 out of Newtownards to Six-Road-Ends and continue towards Donaghadee. Take a right turn at the T-junction, passing on the right side of the petrol station. Look out for a sign 'Recycling Centre' on the right hand side and turn in here just beside the British Legion building. Journey time: approx. 15 minutes

Derriaghy - Seycon Park, Derriaghy

Turn left at the Knock lights onto the A55 Outer Ring and follow that route until its end, turning right onto Milltown Road. Continue on until the 'House of Sport' roundabout, then go left onto Upper Malone Road. Continue past Drumbeg and the Distillery football ground, looking out for a right turn onto River Road, just after the Golf Club. Turn right off this road onto Hornbeam Road and continue through this estate until Riverside, when the ground can be found at the end of this cul-de-sac. Journey time: approx. 55 mins

Sirocco Works - Wilgar Park, Belfast

Take the A20 through Dundonald to the Knock lights and turn right on the A55 Outer Ring. Take a left at the roundabout onto Belmont Road and continue to the end of this road. Just prior to the traffic lights, take a left turn, sign-posted for Parking and the ground is on the left.  Journey time: approx. 30 mins

Comber Rec - Parkway, Comber

Take the A21 out of Newtownards towards Comber, continuing straight ahead at the first roundabout onto the by-pass. At the next roundabout turn right into Comber and the ground is down a lane on the right hand side a few hundred metres along. Journey time: approx. 15 minutes

Abbey Villa - Adams Park, Millisle

Leave Newtownards on the B172 for Millisle, following signage for the village. Once you have reached the village turn right and then right again onto Abbey Road, where you will find the ground half a mile on your left. Journey time: approx. 20 minutes

Coleraine - The Showgrounds, Coleraine

Follow the M2 and A26 to by-pass Ballymena and rejoin the A26, following it right into Coleraine. Go straight on at the Windy Hall roundabout, past the hospital and turn right at the large, signal-controlled second roundabout for Portrush. Take a left at the next roundabout and the ground is on the left hand side approaching the end of the road. Note: parking will have to be found away from the ground. Journey time: approx. 1 hour, 30 mins

Shorts - Aircraft Park, Belfast

Take the A20 through Dundonald to the Knock lights and turn right on the A55 Outer Ring. Go straight ahead at the roundabout onto Parkway and at the next junction turn left onto Holywood Road. The ground is on the right, just past the Blanchflower Stadium, about a quarter mile along the road. Journey time: approx. 25 mins
