Ards have given release to winger Ryan Hyland, who in turn has signed for Amateur League side Sirocco Works.

The former East Belfast player has made only a dozen scattered appearances for Ards this season, having been unavailable on a number of occasions due to work pressures.

He was given permission to leave by manager Tommy Kincaid last week and has agreed to turn out for Amateur League 1B side Sirocco.

Ryan scored four goals for the club this season, all of them after coming on as a substitute.
