2004/05 Kit Launch

Ards unveiled this season's new playing strip ahead of the North Down Cup game with Bangor on Saturday.

The new kit features the logo of the club's new main sponsor Worthingtons Solicitors of Court Street, Newtownards. Players Marty Hunter, David Reeves and Darren Fitzgerald were on hand to show off the new gear ahead of the match.

Representing the firm at the launch was Huw Worthington, who was pleased with the new shirts and also his new advertising signage at Clandeboye Park.

The kit is manufactured by Pro-Star and is again supplied by Stephen Baxter of Sportsbeat, who has both the home and away shirts on sale in his High Street store now. The home shirt features the traditional red and blue stripes, with the away strip predominantly white with navy trim. 

Shirts are again individually numbered but this season also feature the player's name across the back. ardsfc.co.uk will have the full list of allocated squad numbers very shortly.
