The 35 year-old striker will remain with Ards for a second season and become the new assistant manager. Justin will lend his wealth of Irish League experience to Kincaid from the sidelines as well as continuing to keep himself in tip-top shape.
For the former Linfield and Glentoran forward hasn't hung up the boots just yet - he will remain a key member of Tommy's squad, having finished last season as the club's top goal-scorer.
Andy Harwood's role of first team coach is unaffected and he will continue to perform that job next season.
Young Player of the Year Craig McMillen will also be back for pre-season training, having agreed to take his stay at the club into a second season. The former Glenavon player was turning out for Dundonald when Tommy snapped him up mid-way through last season and his energy on the wing was a revelation for the side.

Fans will also warmly welcome the news that Kris Pike is to be retained. The popular left-back has signed a new deal that will see him return to the club for a fourth year. Kris' season was again interrupted by injury last term but having finished the season back in the side, he will be looking to put his injury problems finally behind him.
