Ards captain Aaron McKee looks likely to miss several first team games as he recovers from some broken ribs.

The midfielder, who up until now has been an ever-present in the line-up this season, played through the second half of Tuesday night's defeat to Brantwood not knowing he had sustained the injury.

However checks in the following days revealed the injury and the Ards playmaker is now likely to be out for around three to four weeks. Aaron was a spectator during Saturday's friendly draw at PSNI, where he was joined by David Cully, who has a groin strain.
