Ards supporters gathered in their numbers on Saturday afternoon to welcome home the 2008 Steel & Sons Cup winners.

The Ards Sports Club was packed to the rafters as fans paid tribute to Tommy Kincaid and his team and got to see the famous trophy for the first time.

Tommy and the trophy took centre stage for photo after photo before all eyes turned to the big screen to relive the game via the Christmas Day coverage from Sky Sports News.

Later on, the players' winning streak was to continue as they defeated the supporters 3-2 in a hard fought pool competition.
