The Premier Ards Supporters' Club has apologised to supporters, inconvenienced by Saturday's non-arrival of the bus to Saintfield.

The circumstances of the non-appearance has been explained to the club committee by Belfast Bus Company, and although no apology can remedy the situation, the committee hopes that supporters will understand the helpless situation we all found ourselves in.

Thanks is extended to those supporters who assisted in transporting other fans to the game, albeit after the match had started. We hope that as many Ards followers as possible were able to make it to the game eventually.

Belfast Bus Company have been understanding of the situation they placed our supporters in and have made the offer of a free bus for the next booking.

The PASC hopes that fans will not be put off by this incident but will continue to use the supporters' bus, which exists only because of the regular support it is given.
