Replay moved to Showgrounds

Due to ground improvement works currently taking place at Dixon Park, the Irish Cup replay against Ballymena United will now take place on Tuesday at Ballymena Showgrounds.

The teams had been due to contest the 5th round replay at Ballyclare in midweek, but ground-works that began several days ago have meant that sections of the stand and terracing are out of use and the ground could not accommodate such a large crowd.

Hence the match will be staged at Ballymena Showgrounds on Tuesday with a 7.45pm kick-off, with the game played to a finish. A supporters' bus will leave the Ards Sports Club at 6.15pm
