Three
more commit to staying
The
trio of Aaron McKee, Jimmy McIlhagga and David Cully
will all return in Ards colours next season, after
choosing to extend their stays with the club.
Midfielder
Aaron has committed to another season with Ards,
having returned to the club last summer. He spent two
years with Ards from 2007-2008 and was club captain
for a time, before moving to Bangor. He made his
return before the start of last season and after a
time in and out of the side, he finally cemented a
spot in the starting line-up in the second half of the
season.
His
midfield partner Jimmy McIlhagga is also returning for
another year - his third with the club. The former
Carrick Rangers player signed for Timmy Kincaid in
July 2008 and was voted as Directors' Player of the
Year at the end of his first season.

The
popular David Cully will look to reclaim his place in
the side next season, after finishing this campaign on
the injured list. David missed the last two months of
the season following an operation on his ankle but
will return in time for pre-season training. It will
be the defender's fourth season with Ards since
signing from Portavogie Rangers and one in which he'll
hope to finally making the right-back slot his own.
