Lee has played most of his career in the Amateur League and even though small in stature turned out to be one of the best goalkeepers in the junior ranks. He is now into his third spell with Ards having been first brought to the club by Trevor Anderson in the late nineties. Lee is not only Ards' number two this season but also goalkeeping coach at the club. Spent a month on loan at Donard Hospital this season
