Former boss Tommy Kincaid brought right-sided midfielder Mark in on loan two years, before signing the player permanently. Out of favour at Ballymena United, the 35 year-old was keen to show that he still had plenty of football left in him, following a long and successful career that included time with Linfield and Coleraine. He remains a regular in the Ards side, helping out with some crucial goals too, but unfortunately 2010/11 came to an early end for him after breaking a bone in his foot.
