Ards will lose defender Jay Magee for two matches from Monday after he was given a suspension by the governing body.

Magee's yellow card against Moyola Park last Saturday pushed him over the next threshold and earned him the two match ban. He will be free to play in Saturday's cup game against Dundela but would then miss out on the replay and the league game against Coagh.

Also suspended on Thursday was Ryan Newberry. He serves a one match ban, ruling him out of the cup replay against Dundela on Tuesday 16th.
