Fans Limber Up For Weekend Walk

The Ards supporters Sponsored Walk comes around this Saturday, with a good number of fans having agreed to undertake the walk to Clandeboye Park.

Money raised through the venture will be for the benefit of all levels of the club and so Supporters' club representatives are keen to see as many fans as possible take up the challenge.

Walkers are being asked to meet up at the Huntsman Bar on Castle Street for 12.30pm. The route takes in a five mile stretch of road between Ards and Bangor, with refreshments kindly laid on at the finish line.

Funds raised will be taken on the day by Keith Bailie or at the earliest opportunity following the walk. Saturday's match is the kick-off back in the First Division with promoted-side Ballinamallard United the opposition. In the conjunction with the walk, the match will be sponsored by Premier Ards Supporters' Club.
