Ards have agreed a loan deal with Crusaders for midfielder Gareth Walsh until the end of the season.
The 28 year-old re-signed at Crusaders last August, having spent a year out of the game after sustaining a bad ankle break during a friendly game in 2006.
He was formerly with Glenavon, where he spent two years before his move to Seaview. In recent months he has been making his comeback to full fitness with the Crues' reserves and has been loaned out to Ards to continue that process.
As Walsh arrives at the club, striker David Wright is on his way out. He was released by Tommy Kincaid at the start of this week at the end of a disappointing four month spell with Ards. He was signed from Bloomfield, although had Irish League experience, but in his eleven appearances returned only two goals.
