Rab Young

Ards are preparing to be without Rab Young for a handful of games as the defender heads off on a work-related trip.

The 22 year-old is bound for South America in the coming days for two to three weeks as part of his employment.

The right-back will miss Tuesday night's cup game at Cliftonville and at least the next two Saturday games, against Linfield Swifts and Ballinamallard United.

In the last week, Ards said a temporary goodbye to Kyle McDowell, who headed off on a three month working break in America.
