Ards Football Club is delighted to launch its new disability team.

The team will be coached by Michael McShane and captained by player Craig Cook. Michael previously managed Orchardville DFC and won SportNI's Disability Coach of the Year in 2019. He will be assisted by coach Louise Cooke. 

Ards FC Chairman Warren Patton said, "I would like to welcome Michael McShane and the players to Ards Football Club. They will be a brilliant addition to our club and I am really looking forward to working with them. I know they will wear the Ards FC jersey with pride."

The Ards FC Disability team will play in the Irish FA Disability League, which is due to re-start in January 2021
