Glenavon vs Ards.
Saturday 9th February at 3.00 p.m.
Ards travel to Lurgan hoping to return with a point or three to help them climb off the foot of the league table. It is hoped that Johnny Taylor will be available after playing in the reserves game last week and that Johnathan Smith, who has resumed training this week, might be able to return to the squad. Also available is recent signing from Cliftonville, Damien McNulty.
Glenavon have been busy in the transfer window and have signed Robert Garrett from Linfield, Seamus Sharkey from Sligo Rovers and Eoin Warren from Limerick, all until the end of season 20/21. They have also boosted their attack with the loan signing of Cameron Stewart who spent time with Ards last season. Cameron has hit the ground running with his new club, as he scored twice in a friendly against Finn Harps on Tuesday night.
Ards usually find it tough against the Lurgan Blues but games are running out for Ards and a determined display will be required in order to get something positive from the game and give hope of escaping the automatic relegation place.
The PASC are running a bus, leaving the Social Club/Gibson's Lane at 1.45 p.m.
