Match Preview : Glentoran [h].

Ards vs Glentoran.

Bangor Fuels Arena.

Saturday 13th April at 3.00 p.m.

Following last week's disappointing defeat at Newry, Ards find themselves a point behind Newry with four games to go. Coincidentally both teams have the same four games left , home to Glentoran and Dungannon Swifts and away to Warrenpoint and Institute, so Ards simply must do better than their relegation threatened rivals in these four games in order to secure the play-off spot and earn a chance to stay in the Premier League next season.

Glentoran will be a tough opponent, they are pushing for their own place in the European play-off system and although Institute are level on points they have not applied to be considered in the play-offs, while Dungannon Swifts are only five points behind the Glens who can't afford to be complacent. New Glentoran manager Mick McDermott started with a victory at Stangmore Park last weekend and will be looking to continue his winning run.

Warren Feeney will have to lift his men after their lack lustre display last Friday and while there may not be too many changes in the starting line up Michael Kerr and Damien McNulty may feature. It is hoped that home fans, who travelled to Newry in numbers, will get behind the team and help them produce the sort of result that will be needed.
