McLellan claims Goal of the Season at the 2019 NI Football Awards
Ards forward Michael McLellan has been honoured at the NI Football Awards by winning the Goal of the Season prize, sponsored by Jordan’s Gift.
His sensational long range effort against Cliftonville in September was selected as the top strike as he received his award in front of a packed house of over 400 guests at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belfast.
The NI Football Awards is ran in partnership between the NI Football League and the NI Football Writers’ Association and celebrates all that is good about football in Northern Ireland.
