SCANNELL SIGNS UP.
Good news for Ards fans as Eamon Scannell has agreed an extension to his current deal meaning he remains with the club until the end of the 2023/24 season. The 23 year old midfielder joined Ards from Linfield last summer and had loan spells with Warrenpoint, Carrick Rangers and Portadown while at Windsor Park. He has scored 18 goals for the Red and Blues in 49 games, ten of those goals have come this season, an impressive ratio of better than a goal every other game, he currently sits joint second in the Championship leading goalscorers table.
