Ards Football Club would like to appoint a Youth Development Officer.
The role will require the successful applicant to spearhead the club’s transition to a new and improved youth development structure.
The Youth Development Officer will oversee the progress of our Under 16, Under 18 and Under 20 NIFL squads. They will liaise with the youth team managers and provide weekly reports to the club’s first team manager.
A UEFA B Licence is essential for this role.
